Everroad Publishing has created this page in order to demonstrate our firm  commitment to you.  The following discloses our policies on spam, information gathering, guarantees, security and merchant processing, and how to contact us.

1.  Guarantees:  We offer three guarantees on our products.  

1. We offer a full 60 day "no questions asked" return policy.  This return policy is extended to one year for the new offering of the Lope Rope Program.  The one year return offer will include orders placed up to July 1, 2010.  If you're not 100% satisfied with your results, we want you to tell us!  
2. We won’t charge your card or deposit your check until the day we ship your product by First Class mail.  
3. We will ship your product within 48 hours of receiving your order-- usually within 24 hours.

2. Security

This site has taken security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration  of the information under our control.  All orders are processed via a secure server.  All credit card transactions are processed through Nova Information, Inc., one of the leading merchant processors.  We log into our secure web servers daily to retrieve orders safely and securely.  We delete your credit card information from all of our computers immediately after processing your orders.

3.  Spam:  We do not use, nor do we condone the use of unsolicited bulk email.  If you receive any unsolicited email coming from or mentioning our loperope.com domain, please report the incident to our company by clicking on: Contact Us.  for a prompt and personal reply.  All matters will be investigated and dealt with promptly.

4.  Your Personal Information:  Our site uses forms for information requests and orders.  Contact information from all forms (including name, address, email address, payment information, etc.) is used to process and deliver orders and mail information about our company to our customers.  At no time will we share any of this information with any other person or company.  Any financial information our customers submit, such as credit card number and expiration date is used only to charge the customer for products and services they are purchasing.
