I purchased your book How to Flatten Your Stomach one month ago. It has really done wonders. I am 5?1" and weighed 127 pounds. I was on and off diets for the past year, nothing worked, I felt really depressed about my weight. I bought your book in a last attempt to try something. At first I could not believe doing those simple, easy exercises would work but I did them anyway. I never liked to exercise because it always seemed to be painful and time consuming. I do not feel that way anymore. Your exercises are easy and I only do 12 reps of 10 exercises each day. I have lost 7 lb., wake up feeling more energetic, and eat smaller portions of food because I feel full much sooner than I used to. I tell people they do not have to "kill" themselves doing 50-100 sit-ups, that this method works. Thank you for all the time you spent in writing your book and sharing your expertise with others.
